As an Executive - HSEQ, you will be responsible for leading our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of safety and well-being within the organization. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to excellence and ensuring the well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing HSEQ strategies and policies that align with company goals and objectives. • Leading and managing a team of HSEQ professionals to ensure effective implementation of HSEQ initiatives. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. • Providing training and guidance to employees on HSEQ policies and procedures. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve our HSEQ performance.
