Job description

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and conduct effective recruitment strategies. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks. Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes. Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to management and employees. Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
