Type of employment: Full-time
- Completed training in the hotel industry or corresponding further education
- Several years of professional experience as an Executive Housekeeper
- High quality awareness and excellent technical skills
- Employee leadership skills and assertiveness
- High flexibility and commitment, openness to change

Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the entire establishment

Responsibility for personnel deployment planning and the professional leadership of the entire housekeeping team (approx. 45 employees in high season), including porters, laundry, housekeeping, and cleaning staff

Inspection of guest rooms and public areas

Employee deployment planning, coordination, and control with Mirus 3.0

Organization and execution of internal training courses for efficient onboarding of new employees and for continuous professional development

Training of apprentices in the field of hotel specialist/hotel management, including semi-annual performance reviews for individual development

Responsibility for inventory taking and ordering

Coordination and supervision of the cleaning of the staff house
