What We're Looking For: Proven success in a senior housekeeping leadership role in a 4-star hotel. In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, including staff management, budgeting, and quality control. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with hotel staff, guests, and partners. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with hotel management systems, including property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and hotel reservation systems.
