Job description
You and your team ensure with a keen eye for detail that our guests feel comfortable from the very first moment. In addition to coordinating and leading your team, as well as collaborating with external cleaning staff, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring and implementing Motel One Housekeeping Standards and being accountable for cleanliness in all areas
- Creating service and vacation plans
- Making orders and deliveries within the housekeeping department
- Participating in the conduct of monthly closures
- Conducting internal coaching, cross-training, and planning training to develop housekeeping staff members further
