To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Generalgouvernante (m/w/d), who leads our Housekeeping department and ensures that our guests always enjoy the usual high standard. As Generalgouvernante, you will lead the Housekeeping department of our house and be responsible for implementing the highest quality standards (ISO, LHW, SDH). You will also be in charge of managing a team of housekeepers, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned to perfection, and that all guest requests are met. Your main task will be to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable stay with us. This includes coordinating with other departments, such as the front desk and the restaurant, to provide exceptional service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the hotel's public areas. In addition, you will be expected to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve our Housekeeping department. Your leadership skills and ability to work independently are essential for this role.
