Executive – Home Loan Assistance

Position: Executive – Home Loan Assistance Reports To: Manager – Home Loan Assistance Work Location: SOBHA Corporate Office, Bellandur, Bengaluru. Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance, Marketing, Banking, or General Management) from a recognized institution. Work Experience: 0–1years of experience. Candidates who have recently completed their MBA and are looking to build a career in banking and customer relationship management are encouraged to apply. Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Manager – Home Loan Assistance in providing home loan assistance to customers. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks. • Maintain accurate records and reports as required. • Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager – Home Loan Assistance.
