Executive, Guest Service

Job Description You will support the daily guest service operations in our Serviced Residence. You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables residents’ satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home for our guests. This role is responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: • Providing exceptional guest service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise; • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Serviced Residence, including common areas and guest rooms; • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication; • Developing and implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty; • Building strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
