Managing Director - Executive Engagement, Operations, and Assessments Summary: The Managing Director - Executive Engagement, Operations, and Assessments is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing executive engagement, operations, and assessment functions at Board Match-Up. This position plays a pivotal role in developing and nurturing relationships with executives, ensuring smooth operational processes, and conducting assessments to facilitate successful placements. The key responsibilities of this role include: • Developing and implementing strategies for executive engagement, including identifying and prioritizing target executives, building relationships, and fostering partnerships. • Managing the day-to-day operations of Board Match-Up's assessment function, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Conducting assessments to facilitate successful placements, including developing and implementing assessment tools and methodologies. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication. • Providing leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in executive engagement and operations. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, human resources). • At least 5 years of experience in executive engagement, operations, or a related field. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies for executive engagement. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with assessment tools and methodologies. • Certification in a relevant area (e.g., Six Sigma, Project Management Professional) is an asset.
