Job description
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or electroenergetics;
- 2-3 years of experience in project management for electrical works on low, medium, and high voltage - connection to SEN;
- Knowledge of operating PC (MS Office, Project Management)
- Technical skills, supervision, and project management based on experience in the construction industry;
- Good interpersonal and professional relationship skills;
- Organizational skills for efficient time management and multiple deadline setting, as well as priority setting;
- Communication, planning, organization, and negotiation skills;
- Decision-making capacity and assumption of responsibility;
- Medium-level English language knowledge;
- Driving license category B;
- Availability for travel to site/ construction site.
Job Description
- Coordinate project activities, supervise technical teams, consultants, and other collaborators directly;
- Establish long-term collaboration relationships with partners and beneficiaries of the project;
- Monitor progress achieved compared to proposed objectives and prepare monthly reports for superiors, respecting data provided in contracts;
- Prepare necessary documentation for project realization or investor requests;
- Ensure good information circulation within the project;
- Resolve problems that arise during project realization and inform management team about them in a timely manner;
- Evaluate the impact and potential risks of the project;
- Prospect the market profile to identify new clients, suppliers, and increase market share of products/services;
- Ensure client relationship with company and follow up on portfolio growth;
- Provide consulting and feedback to clients regarding sold products.
