Executive Director of Transformation - OCBC

We are looking for an Executive Director of Transformation who will lead this effort, working closely with our leadership team to drive innovation, digital transformation, and cultural evolution within OCBC. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with OCBC's overall business objectives; • Collaborate with senior leaders across the bank to drive cultural evolution and digital transformation; • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning; • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners; • Develop and manage budgets for transformation initiatives; • Ensure effective communication and change management throughout the transformation process. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; • At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry; • Proven track record of driving transformation initiatives and achieving significant results; • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in banking; • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; • Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
