EXECUTIVE DESIGNER SCAFO

Manpower Italia seeks the following requirements:

• Diploma tecnico or higher title of study.
• Experience in structural design, mechanical drawing and familiarity with CAD software (e.g. Microstation, AutoCAD) and 3D modeling.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

The job offers direct insertion into the Company, CCNL Metalmeccanico. Salary commensurate with experience. Workplace: Marghera. Direct engineering hire by Manpower Group in collaboration with Fincantieri seeks an Executive Designer Scafo for the production site in Marghera.

The candidate will be inserted within the structural design office of the Marghera plant, in a technically stimulating and challenging environment, using advanced project methodologies.

The resource will have to relate with engineering suppliers, with installation designers, with Production, with the Shipowner and with the Classification Register.

The candidate's tasks will be:

• To develop and verify executive designs for ship hull structures of a cruise ship, in accordance with the production program of the shipyard;
• To ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements for documents of their own responsibility;
• To provide rapid clarifications and technical assistance to Production to enable the resolution of problems emerging during production activities;
• To identify and monitor, in conjunction with the Scafo Structures Responsible, key performance indicators (hours spent, number of modifications, forecast completion dates, etc.).
