EXECUTIVE CRM

Your Mission

You actively participate in building, implementing, and optimizing our CRM devices to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.

Within the CRM team:

• You implement, follow up on, and optimize defined CRM actions.
• You set up, test, and launch campaigns across all channels (email, SMS, push, ...).
• You design, integrate, and personalize content via our tools (Stripo, Selligent by Marigold, Airship, etc.).
• You analyze performances and propose concrete recommendations.
• You manage databases: segmentation, simple SQL queries, data quality.
• You ensure GDPR compliance and collaborate with IT and CX teams.
• You participate in continuous CRM improvement: monitoring, A/B testing, reporting, benchmarks, customer journey suggestions.
• You contribute to transverse projects (loyalty program, multi-channel campaigns, …).

Academic Profile

Higher education in marketing, digital marketing, or data.

Expected Hard Skills

• Ideal experience on a previous CRM/marketing digital role (internship, alternance, 1st job, …).
• Mastery of basic CRM and marketing tools (ideally Selligent, Salesforce, Dynamics 365…)
• Ideal knowledge in HTML, CSS, SQL.
• Predisposition to data analysis and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Experience in test & learn approaches, personalization, and automation.
