Job Description
As the Executive Chef at our St Johns village, you’ll oversee all kitchen operations – from resident meals to vibrant café offerings, events such as cultural or fine dining evenings – all while leading a passionate culinary team.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Enticing customers to our licensed bistro and bar through compelling offerings, as well as delivering delicious meals to residents in care.
- Designing and overseeing food preparation for the bistro, café, resident meal packages and special events and celebrations.
- Ensuring full compliance with our Food Control Plan.
- Delivering outstanding results in our resident satisfaction survey.
- Supporting a culture of warmth, care, and excellence in everything we do.
