Executive Chef (m/f/d)

The Bernerhof Gstaad is a year-round operating hotel in the ****Superior category with 46 rooms and suites. Our restaurants, with a total of approximately 200 seats, offer a diverse range of options for our international and discerning guests: the rustic "La Gare" with regional specialties, the restaurant "Blun-Chi" with authentic Chinese delicacies, and the pizzeria "BASTA".

Employment Type: Full-time

• Leading our kitchen team (main kitchen and two satellite kitchens) including duty roster creation
• Calculations and budget planning
• Menu planning in collaboration with management
• Creative further development of our 4 restaurants
• Procurement, inventory, and disposal
• Active participation during service times
• Responsibility for adhering to our quality and hygiene standards

• Have completed a solid education and continuously pursued further training
• Possess leadership experience
• Are comfortable in the fine dining environment
• Speak German and ideally French and English
• Are a team player, open, communicative, and proactive
• Show your love and passion for your profession in your creations
• Have a high sense of service, quality, and responsibility
• Think and act entrepreneurially
