Executive, Business Conduct (FMCG)

Responsibilities: Conduct compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Analyze business processes and data to identify compliance risks and develop recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement compliance monitoring and reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compliance training programs. Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a culture of compliance. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other organizations. Provide guidance and support to business leaders and employees on compliance matters. Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks associated with new initiatives, products, or services. Ensure that all compliance-related activities are properly documented and recorded.
