Our client is an internationally operating company that has established itself as a leading supplier in the automotive industry in its sector. The products are plastic injection molded parts with great diversity. As part of further development, we are looking for a dedicated "Executive Associate Operations Automotive (m/f/d)" with potential for personal career advancement.

Tasks:

• Management of operational transformation measures in production, quality, logistics, and production-related areas
• Establishment and leadership of a robust PMO, including challenging progress and impact
• Troubleshooting from the plant to the customer interface
• Support of ramp-ups, escalations, and critical customer communication
• Productivity, quality, and cost programs as well as business cases with an earnings and cash focus
• Capacity, material flow, and make-or-buy analyses
• Technical transfer and industrialization projects
• Preparation and moderation of management and steering meetings

Your Profile:

• Technical-industrial studies (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or similar)
• 4–8+ years of experience in production or operational-technical consulting (Operations, Performance Improvement, Restructuring)
• Robust business understanding
• Fluent German, very good English
• High willingness to travel (approx. 60%, Europe)
• High level of independence, resilience, and execution strength; standing with plant managers and C-level executives
