EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
This position is crucial to ensure the efficiency of daily operations, supporting lawyers and administrative staff and contributing to maintaining a well-organized and professional work environment.

Main responsibilities:

- Management of internal and external communications, including email and phone correspondence.
- Organization and coordination of appointments and meetings, ensuring punctuality and preparation.
- Preparation and archiving of legal and administrative documents, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Support in managing legal practices
- Welcoming and assisting clients, providing courteous and professional service.
- Collaboration with the team to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.

Required qualifications:

- High school diploma or degree in administrative or legal disciplines.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Competence in using document management software and Office packages.
- Knowledge of legal procedures and sector regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with electronic deposits.

We offer:
- Initial contract for 1 year with possibility of stabilization.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00.

RAL: 30,000-32,000 + ticket from €8
