Our vision is to be the premier global provider of integrated solutions in nutrition. We are currently looking for an Excellence Lead – Fixed Assets to join our Finance team. Job Summary: The Excellence Lead – Fixed Assets will be responsible for overseeing the Fixed Asset accounting activities. This role will ensure the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of fixed assets accounting, and compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage the end-to-end fixed asset accounting process, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and impairment. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of fixed asset records in accordance with US GAAP and Company policies. * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset reports, including reconciliations and variance analysis. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Tax, and Operations, to ensure proper accounting and reporting of fixed assets. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of fixed asset accounting. * Develop and maintain fixed asset accounting policies and procedures. * Provide training and guidance to team members on fixed asset accounting. * Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements. * Participate in audits and provide support to auditors. * Manage and maintain the fixed asset module in SAP. * Perform asset verification and physical inventory. * Support the automation of the FA processes, if any. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. * Minimum of 8+ years of experience in fixed asset accounting. * Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles. * Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * SOX experience. * Experience with process improvement initiatives. * Strong understanding of internal controls. * Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. * Advanced Excel skills.
