Job Title: Excellence Lead - Fixed Asset Location: Bangalore, India Job Type: Full-Time Description : Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced RTR Fixed Accounting COE Lead to join our Record to Report team in ADM Global Capability Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading the team who perform Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting activities, monthly closing, CIP monitoring and Balance Sheet reconciliations. This role also involves supervising the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, as well as ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain processes and procedures for fixed assets and lease accounting, and ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
