SAG Workforce is currently looking for highly skilled Machine Operators to join various civil contractors across Australia. Our clients specialise in civil infrastructure and earthmoving projects that shape our communities. With opportunities predominately across South-East QLD there are upcoming positions across regional and interstate projects
Your Role Includes:
- Operating machinery including excavators, skid steers, and loaders for earthmoving and site preparation
- Assisting in ground engineering works, compaction, and soil stabilisation
- Supporting asset maintenance and concrete remediation activities
- Following environmental best practices, including proper waste management
- Maintaining equipment through daily checks and minor servicing
- Promoting and adapting to a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture
- Proven experience in civil construction and machine operation
- Current Excavator and Skid Steer tickets (mandatory)
- HR licence highly regarded
- Safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
