Main Duties & Responsibilities

Set up testing rooms and ensure all necessary materials are available

- Greet and check-in test takers, verifying their identification

- Explain testing procedures and rules to test takers

- Monitor test takers during exams to ensure compliance with guidelines

- Respond to any questions or concerns raised by test takers

- Collect completed exams and ensure they are securely stored

- Maintain a calm and professional testing environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
