Events Specialist (JAPAC)

Role Summary: As an Events Specialist for our client, you'll manage event execution and programs across JAPAC. You'll liaise with internal stakeholders to develop event concepts, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless execution of events. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include: • Event planning and coordination • Stakeholder engagement and communication • Budgeting and financial management • Risk assessment and mitigation • Post-event evaluation and reporting • Collaboration with internal teams to develop event concepts and strategies • Ensuring compliance with client requirements and expectations • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders • Providing exceptional customer service and support • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
