Eventmanager (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• Conceptualization, organization, and implementation of public events (e.g. cabarets, concerts, cultural and music events)
  
• Planning and implementation of company and business events, such as conferences, customer events, product launches, and internal events
  
• Development and organization of professional events for our target groups:
  
• Electricians, planning offices, architects, investors, and system partners
  
• Conceptualization of expert panels, lectures, training sessions, and networking formats
  
• Coordination of all internal and external stakeholders (technology, marketing, sales, hotel, gastronomy, service providers, artists, speakers)
  
• Budget planning, offer calculation, and cost control
  
• Responsibility for event flows on site including direction, technical coordination, and quality assurance
  
• Further development of the event concept at Loxone Campus and bringing in new ideas and formats
  

Your Profile:

• Experience in organizing large and small events – from cultural events to business and professional events
  
• High organizational competence and structured working method – even under time pressure
  
• Techical basic understanding and interest in smart building, electrical engineering or architecture advantageous
  
• Experience in cooperation with technical target groups (e.g. electricians, planners, architects)
  
• Safe appearance, excellent communication skills, and negotiation skills
  
• Creativity, self-initiative, and a good sense of trends, formats, and target groups
  
• Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
  
• Readiness for occasional evening and weekend events
