Event Team Leader

For one of our clients, we are currently seeking an experienced and driven Event Team Leader to manage the planning and delivery of a wide range of high-profile, global events. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in international event planning, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration across multiple regions. Responsibilities: Lead a team of event coordinators in organizing and executing a wide range of global events, including conferences, webinars, hybrid meetings Of paramount importance is the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing and implementing event strategies and concepts; Coordinating logistics, timelines, and budgets for events; Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and partners; Providing exceptional customer service to attendees, speakers, and sponsors; Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as event management, marketing, or communications; At least 5 years of experience in international event planning, preferably with a focus on global events; Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects; Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
