Is This You?

• Successful vocational training or practical professional experience in the same or a related industry
• You enjoy delighting people with wonderful cuisine and first-class service
• You organize in a structured manner and enjoy communicating in German and English; demanding guest correspondence is essential; you creatively address guest problems and implement new ideas with great interest and a sense for guest needs.
• You can competently handle more demanding tasks even under stress and time pressure over several days. You are flexible and can easily integrate into a young, committed team; you are helpful and cooperative
• Taking responsibility is a matter of course for you
• The guest is at the center of our entrepreneurial thinking and actions, not in mission statements on paper, but in practice and in the lived work reality

• Ideally, you possess a Category B driver's license

Your Responsibilities

• With skillful hands, you can ensure the smooth setup and dismantling of breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, gala dinners, and cocktails
• With a charming smile, you quickly and skillfully serve food and beverages
• You respond confidently to guest complaints according to the hotel's highest standards
• You enjoy working meticulously and always have the MEP perfectly prepared, and you complete cleaning tasks according to our strict hygiene regulations and checklists
• You always keep an eye on the technical equipment and keep it tidy at all times
