- Assist with the meticulous preparation, setup, and ongoing maintenance of event spaces in accordance with O&B standards
- Execute food and beverage service with precision, discretion, and attention to detail Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of event menus, ingredients, and presentation to confidently answer questions and offer informed recommendations
- Anticipate and respond promptly to member and guest requests in a polished, professional, and unobtrusive manner
- Deliver food and beverages to designated tables as directed by the Management team, ensuring proper timing and presentation
- Clear plates, cutlery, and glassware efficiently while maintaining the visual integrity of the space throughout the event
- Monitor food quality and presentation, immediately addressing any deviations from established standards
- Uphold expectations regarding confidentiality, discretion, and client privacy at all times
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and service standards
- Support additional duties as required to ensure a flawless event experience
