Event Security- Part Time

This position has a Commitment to Excellence in guest service, while providing necessary safety and security support to guests visiting Princess Auto Stadium.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior fan service while ensuring proper building and safety protocols are being followed.
• Respond to requests for assistance from staff and visitors for a variety of security issues (fire, medical emergencies, etc.)
• Ensure all safety and building guidelines are being followed, and proper security checks are conducted.
• Assist in the control and safety of all guests that visit the facility.
• Ensure crowd control stays at a reasonable level and assist in emergency situations and conflicts as needed.
• Interact with the public and all levels of management and fellow employees.
• Enforce rules and regulations of the facility.
• Provide directional assistance, as needed, by being knowledgeable about locations throughout the facility.
• Provide professionalism, courtesy, and respect to all guests and fellow employees.

Requirements

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service skills
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills required
• Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
• Ability to work irregular hours including, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff including management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
