Marketing Event Specialist

About the role As a Marketing Event Specialist at Tecsys, you will play a key role in achieving high-impact events that strengthen our brand, engage prospects and clients, and support our sales team. You will be responsible for logistics, collaborate with various marketing functions, and ensure a consistent and impactful presence during conferences, trade shows, and corporate events. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in event planning, coordination, and execution. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing event strategies that align with our business objectives; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution; • Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment; • Coordinating with speakers, sponsors, and vendors to ensure a successful event; • Monitoring and evaluating event results to identify areas for improvement. In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
