Event Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Does organizing events make your eyes sparkle? Then we need YOU!

Our event management is already an important part of our marketing – and we want to expand this area even further. That's why we are looking for reinforcements for our event team, starting immediately, to further develop our presence at trade fairs, conferences, and our own events.

Your Tasks

• You will plan our presence at trade fairs and conferences and organize webinars and live events in the DACH region.
• You will research suitable event formats – from international trade fairs to smaller association meetings – and assess which ones are relevant for us.
• Together with the team, you will develop new event concepts that fit our campaigns, target groups, and marketing goals.
• You will coordinate external partners such as locations, caterers, stand builders, organizers, and agencies, and ensure smooth execution.
• You will work closely with sales – for example, on invitation lists, on-site support, lead handover, and follow-up.
• You will brief our creation team for invitations, stand designs, giveaways, and event materials.
• If necessary and sensible, you will support your colleagues at events on-site and have their backs.
• You will evaluate events and show, based on results and costs, what they achieved.

You should bring the following qualities

• Completed training in event management, e.g., as an event manager, or a degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or similar.
• Very independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• A feel for how to turn events into special experiences
• An understanding of how events contribute to lead generation
• Calmness, overview, and a solution-oriented approach – even during intense event phases
• Strong communication skills in dealing with your colleagues and external service providers
• Good English skills
