Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in IT, KV, Mediamatik or Matura (realistic for sales professionals to transition)
• Experience in customer service and technical support
• Experience in the event sector or gastronomy sector
• Excellent communication and training skills to convey technical content in a clear manner
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience
• Teamwork ability, high reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to engage in evening, weekend, and overnight stays in hotels within Switzerland
• Category B driving license
• Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an asset

As Event Manager/Projektleiter, you will be responsible for the entire planning, execution, and management of events in the area of cash systems and network infrastructure. You will bear the main responsibility for the successful implementation of projects. Your primary goal is to ensure a smooth operation of the cash systems and especially the network connections at events. You will advise and support customers in planning and on-site with all questions regarding cash systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and retaining a customer base. In general, a resource- and financially oriented implementation is expected.
