EVENT MANAGER (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities at Our Company

Designing international events. Networking science. Strengthening global brand presence.
You will oversee our international events from planning to implementation, coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners, and ensure a smooth project workflow worldwide.

• Planning, organization, and execution of international events – online and on-site: conferences, webinars, workshops, sponsorships, and distributor meetings
• Developing existing event formats and contributing to the international event strategy in close coordination with the Head of Marketing
• Managing trade show and conference appearances, including stand concepts, logistics, demos, and marketing measures
• Coodinating event-related promotional activities together with the Marketing Team
• Managing external service providers and close collaboration with internal departments, international distributors, and partners
• Budget planning, performance evaluation, and continuous process optimization

You Bring This

• Mult-year experience in international event management – digital and on-site
• Experience in coordinating complex projects and various stakeholders
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• Communication strength and organizational skills in an international environment
• Experience with event and webinar platforms
• Very good German and English language skills
