Event Manager – Creator & Community Events (m/f/d)

As a growing company in the natural dietary supplements sector, we want to make Nature Heart tangible not only through our products but also through special encounters and shared experiences.

For this, we are looking for an experienced Event Manager who will build up our event division and be responsible for events for creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors from the initial idea to implementation.

You will develop suitable event formats, coordinate all involved partners, and ensure that our events are professionally planned and executed.

Your Tasks

• You will develop suitable event formats and plan events from idea to implementation.
• You will manage locations, service providers, catering, technical aspects, guest management, and all organizational processes.
• You will plan and monitor budgets, obtain quotes, and negotiate terms.
• You will coordinate all stakeholders and ensure that schedules, agreements, and deadlines are met.
• You will be on-site at our events and responsible for a professional and seamless execution.
• You will build a reliable network of locations, service providers, and event partners.
• You will evaluate events together with the involved internal teams and further develop our event formats.

Your Profile

You have several years of professional experience in event management or an event agency and have independently planned and executed events.

You are familiar with the requirements of professional event organization and can confidently coordinate different stakeholders, budgets, and processes.

• Experience in the independent planning and execution of events
• A structured and forward-thinking approach to work
• Confidence in managing budgets, service providers, and organizational processes
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor towards partners and service providers
• A good feel for brands, people, and high-quality events
• The ability to maintain an overview and find solutions even with short-notice changes
• Willingness to travel for one or multi-day events
• Very good German language skills at at least C1 level

What is important to us

We are looking for someone who brings experience and can take responsibility for the entire organization of an event.

You work in a structured manner, plan ahead, and maintain an overview even when many participants and processes need to be coordinated simultaneously.

At the same time, you have a good sense of how an event must fit Nature Heart – from the choice of location to the atmosphere and the experience for our guests.

Working Style

The position is fundamentally 100% remote.

You will be on-site at our events. Depending on the event, this may also require multi-day travel.

Nature Heart will cover the travel and accommodation expenses incurred.
