Event Coordinator

As Event Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and following up on surveillance activities during events. You ensure that the team is used efficiently and that all safety measures are correctly applied.

Your task package includes:

• To supervise operations and be accountable for a smooth functioning of the department.
• Maintaining close contacts with the client and reporting directly to the Contract Manager.
• Detecting irregularities, following up and reporting, and taking corrective actions where necessary.
• FOLLOWING UP AND REPORTING ON ABSENCES AND STAFF CHANGES WITHIN THE TEAM.
• Watching over profitability and an optimal planning.
• Executing administrative tasks and managing materials at the post.
• Sporadically stepping in as an agent on the post to support the team.
• Distributing instructions, motivating employees and overseeing the quality of their work.
• Controlling the functioning of the post supervisor and being accountable for a correct follow-up.
