Event Coördinator

Job description - Designing striking visuals: social media posts, brochures, packaging, presentations and more. - Brainstorming creative campaigns and branding that appeals to the target audience. - Event support: from visual styling to practical support at trade shows, product launches and training sessions. - Content creation for online and offline channels, including templates and brand-consistent material. Profile - You have a degree in graphic design or at least 3 years of experience. - Adobe Creative Suite skills are required. - Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles is essential. - Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office is a plus. - Experience with event planning software is an advantage. - Knowledge of HTML and CSS is not necessary but a plus. - Familiarity with social media platforms is required. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are essential. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software is necessary. - Experience in the events industry or a related field is an advantage. - Certification in event planning or a related field is not required but a plus.
