This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, planning engaging events, and building meaningful connections. You will play a key role in making our spaces more than just places to stay — turning them into thriving communities where residents can connect, grow, and thrive. Your responsibilities will include: • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to plan and execute events that foster community engagement and resident satisfaction. • Developing and implementing event strategies that align with the company's goals and values. • Building relationships with residents, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution. • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. What We're Looking For: • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in event planning, community management, or a related field. • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.
