Event and Architectural Designer

We’re Hiring | Event & Architectural Designer Location: Jaipur ( on site ) Experience: Minimum 3 years We’re looking for a creative and execution-driven Event & Architectural Designer with strong site knowledge and experience in live events and immersive environments. Key Responsibilities • Design event spaces, stages, installations, and architectural elements • Work with immersive studios on experiential and interactive environments • Create concepts, 3D visuals, technical drawings, and layouts for various projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs and experiences • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of materials and services • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • Provide design support to other teams as needed • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s brand and visual identity • Create designs that align with the company’s values and mission • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge • Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for design concepts and proposals • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and inspiration • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions • Provide input on design-related matters and offer creative solutions • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards • Return ONLY valid JSON with NO additional text or explanations.
