Job description

Our client is seeking a hands-on Evening Shift Supervisor to lead and support their production team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards, driving team performance, and supporting key production areas such as laser cutting, press brake operations, or MIG welding. What’s on Offer? Job type: Full time, permanent Location: Robertsbridge Salary: £37,770 p/a Benefits: 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with each year of service, 3 extra days off at Christmas, and a range of other benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or a related field, with experience of supervising or leading a team. They will be able to demonstrate a track record of improving team performance, and have a strong understanding of quality control processes. The successful candidate will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be flexible in their approach to work.
