Evening Charge Registered Nurse RN

• Supervise: Lead and manage the daily functions of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on your assigned unit, ensuring compliance with all facility policies and procedures.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive resident records, including admissions, discharges, assessments, and medication administration.

• Resident Care: Perform timely room checks for new residents and assist with other duties as directed by nursing leadership to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Licensed RN: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active Wisconsin license.

• Experience: Previous experience in a long-term care setting is required.

• Skills: We are looking for an individual who is proficient with computers and has a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Prior staff management experience is a plus.
