CXG is a leading company in evaluations for luxury and premium brands. We are looking for Evaluators in LIMA.

Your comments will provide valuable information to the brands about the level of customer service in their boutiques. You will test and evaluate the external appearance, business organization and cleanliness, the general behavior of employees, and product knowledge and sales techniques. Always interesting and exciting.

If you've ever wanted to give your opinion on the customer service provided in luxury stores, read on.

As an Evaluator, your role would be to visit the assigned stores and pretend to be looking for a specific item. You will only let the advisor help you and present you with some models.

In the end, you won't have to buy anything and you'll leave the store.

Within 24 hours, you will fill out an online questionnaire where you will provide us with your impressions regarding the store environment and customer service.

It's not much different from a normal shopping session, you'll just have to complete a questionnaire at the end.

The evaluation is a mission-based job. You can carry out your visit(s) at any time as long as you respect our deadline. You will receive a compensation fee for your survey.

Please note: Applicants must not have worked for luxury retail brands to ensure the integrity and objectivity of the evaluations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Must not be employed by any retail brand, to maintain integrity.
• Punctual, organized, detailed, reliable.
• Observant, passionate about the customer experience.
• No prior experience is needed, we are looking for honest feedback from real customers.
