To strengthen our team in Leonberg, near Stuttgart, we are looking for a European Human Resources Specialist (m/w/d) – parental leave representation, initially until 31.10.2027 with an option to take over.

European Human Resources Specialist (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Identification of qualification deficits in various teams in collaboration with the respective team leaders - focusing on comprehensive qualification development, including social, professional, and methodological competencies
• Defining personal development goals
• Deducing and breaking down personal development concepts to achieve goals
• Scheduling a plan for cultural integration of companies in Europe in close cooperation with the Managing Director
• Implementation of measures to promote integration (e.g. workshops, surveys etc.)
• Function as an interface to the US HR team on HR-related matters
• Breeder management from job posting to contract negotiation
• Determining the most suitable job profiles
• Identification and negotiation with external personnel service providers
• Support and representation in payroll accounting

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on human resources, or alternatively completed vocational training with additional certification in human resource management
• Strengths in communication and organization, proactive work style with high goal-orientation and solution-oriented thinking, and you are a negotiation talent.
• 5 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and personnel development
• Able to facilitate transformation processes and drive change processes forward
• Willingness to travel for business purposes to our headquarters in Saxony (approximately 3 times per year)
• Very good German and good English skills
• IT affinity
• Pleasure in solving complex and creative tasks that you tackle independently and structuredly
