We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Specialist to join a leading healthcare organisation on a 6-month contract. This role will be based onsite in Melbourne and offers the opportunity to support critical IT services within a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Specialist to join a leading healthcare organisation on a 6-month contract. This role will be based onsite in Melbourne and offers the opportunity to support critical IT services within a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support across end user computing platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other core enterprise technologies.
- Troubleshoot issues with Citrix, VMware, and other virtualisation technologies.
- Deliver technical assistance to clinical and corporate staff in a professional, customer-focused manner.
- Assist with software deployment, patching, and upgrades.
- Contribute to project and BAU activities, including technology rollouts and change initiatives.
- Ensure IT service management processes (ITIL) are followed and documentation is kept up to date.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong background in EUC/Desktop Support within enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/MDM, and collaboration tools.
- Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and healthcare systems highly regarded.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries preferred.
- ITIL certification or knowledge desirable.
