The hey contact heroes are looking for freelancers who speak German and Dutch. This is an inbound service.

We are looking for reliable, motivated freelancers within the EU, with a residence outside Germany, who will support us in inbound customer service in the long term.

If you live outside of Germany, speak German and Dutch, and want to work as a self-employed freelancer remotely, you're exactly right with us.

Aufgaben

Your Mission:

• Processing inbound calls around job bikes/cycles
• Professional project environment with fixed contact partners
• Flexible working hours within the project framework, you decide when you work
• Payout per productive minute (dependent on the project model)
• 100 % Remote - Work from your location within the EU (excluding Germany)

Qualifikation

Your Profile:

1. Legal & formal requirements:

• Self-employment/freelancer status in your residence country
• Residence outside of Germany
• Ability to issue proper invoices in accordance with the laws of your country for international clients (us)
• Compliance with tax obligations in your country

2. Professional & personal requirements:

• German language skills at C1/C2 level
• Dutch language skills at C1/C2 level
• Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
• Independent working style & organization
• Long-term interest in project collaboration

3. Technical requirements:

• Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful PC
• Quiet, undisturbed workspace in your home office (no insight/access for third parties)
• Safe handling of web-based tools
