Are you a freelancer with experience in customer service and want to become part of a dynamic network? We are looking for dedicated partners within the EU (outside of Germany) to support us in our inbound customer service projects.

Responsibilities

Your tasks:

• Inbound Communication: Handling inquiries by phone and in writing – always with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Solution-Oriented Work: You answer customer questions, solve problems, and ensure a positive customer experience. Professional support: You are the first point of contact for customers and work closely with our internal teams.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Location: You live abroad within the EU (outside of Germany) and have a registered business with a VAT ID.
• Experience in Customer Service: You have previously worked as an agent or in a similar role.
• Language Skills: You speak and write German at C1 or C2 level – clearly, flawlessly, and customer-oriented.
• Communication Skills: Friendly demeanor, solution-oriented work, and confident expression in spoken and written form.
• Basic Technical Skills: You are proficient in using common tools and systems, such as CRM or ticketing systems.
• Freelancer Status: You are officially registered as a freelancer and can work within the EU.
