The hey contact heroes start a new, large mobile phone project in the area of Prepaid Customer Service – and for that we are looking for reliable, motivated freelancers who will support us long-term.

Aufgaben

What awaits you:

• Friendly and solution-oriented handling of Inbound-Anrufen around Prepaid, tariff issues, SIM cards, recharges & technical basic questions.
• Structured processes, clear guidelines and a professional project environment.
• Flexible working hours within the framework of the project – ideal for freelancers who plan their own time.
• Fair remuneration per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model).
• 100% Remote – you work from your location within the EU.

Schulungsstart im Februar oder März 2026, sichere Dir frühzeitig Deinen Platz:

We offer several training rounds in February and March 2026, each limited to a fixed number of participants. Attention: The trainings will take place 8-10 days during the day in full-time with 8 hours.

Qualifikation

What you should bring as a freelancer:

• Gewerbeanmeldung / Selbstständigkeit in an EU country (mandatory)
• Gültige Umsatzsteuer-ID (USt-IdNr.), to issue correct invoices to us
• Residence in an EU member state (except Germany)
• Able to issue monthly invoices
• Einhaltung von Datenschutz, Vertraulichkeit und NDA-Anforderungen
• Eigenständige Organisation Deiner Arbeitszeiten und Kapazitäten

2. Fachliche & persönliche Anforderungen

• Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau oder höher
• First experience in telephone customer service of advantage
• Professional communication, reliability and high service orientation
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Prozessdisziplin
• Long-term willingness to project work

3. Technische Voraussetzungen

• High-performance and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Professional headset, two monitors, webcam
• Ruhiger, ungestörter Arbeitsplatz im Home-Office
• Able to safely use our tools & systems

4. Verfügbarkeit

• Reliable participation in all training days
• Bereitschaft zu Schichten innerhalb der Projekt-Öffnungszeiten
