ETL developer - SSIS / SSRS

Design, develop, and maintain SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

Create and optimize SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports and dashboards to support business intelligence and analytics needs.

Work with Data Warehousing concepts, implementing ETL strategies and best practices.

Analyze, design, and enhance data warehouse processes to ensure data accuracy and performance.

Perform SQL query optimization and database performance tuning to improve system efficiency.

Review, debug, and enhance existing SSIS ETL packages to ensure data integrity and scalability.

Develop T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and packages to support data management tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective BI and reporting solutions.

Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and adherence to data management best practices.

Provide production support for ETL jobs and reports, ensuring minimal downtime.

Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.

Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling.

Excellent proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and SQL performance tuning.

Ability to independently analyze and troubleshoot existing ETL packages.

Knowledge of data management and BI best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
