ETL Analyst (Fermat / Moodys)

Job Objectives As a Software Engineer, you need to provide efficient application development and support service for cross-functional or regional applications to provide a stable an environment to the business. Key Responsibilities Responsible for development, deployment and support for the applications in scope Response and resolve incidents, problem and user queries through proper analysis Manage communication for Incidents (SLA breaches, Application Major Incidents, Logistics issue) and respond to them in accordance with the agreed-upon procedures. Ensure that all issues are properly documented and tracked. Provide technical guidance and training to other teams as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements for new features or enhancements. Develop and maintain documentation of applications, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes. Key Requirements Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies Familiarity with application development tools and technologies such as Java, Python, C#, etc. Experience in developing and deploying scalable and reliable applications using cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications: ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development and support.
