Ethics and Independence Analyst - 7 month FTC

The Opportunity As an Ethics and Independence Analyst you’ll provide expert guidance and practical support on a wide range of E&I matters - from navigating complex independence requirements to ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will be working closely with the Audit Committee and other stakeholders to ensure that our firm’s policies and procedures are aligned with best practices, and that we continue to maintain the highest levels of integrity and independence. The Role As an Ethics and Independence Analyst you will be responsible for: • Providing expert guidance on E&I matters to internal stakeholders, including partners, directors, and staff. • Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and guidelines related to E&I. • Conducting research and analysis on emerging trends and best practices in E&I. • Collaborating with other teams within the firm to ensure that our policies and procedures are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Providing training and support to staff on E&I matters. The Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, accounting). • 2+ years of experience working in an audit or assurance environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
