Summary: This role focuses on providing ETF expertise to support product development and regulatory compliance, essential for effective asset management operations. Main Responsibilities: Core duty: Participation in the professional support and further development of ETF products. Professional support and further development of ETF products. Analysis of ETF structures (physical, synthetic, replication methods, index logic). Support in product launches, adjustments, and lifecycle topics. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Continuous monitoring of market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Development of expertise in ETF-related areas such as trading, risk management, and portfolio optimization. Contribution to the development of new ETF products and services. Support in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders. ETF Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ETF structures, including physical, synthetic, replication methods, and index logic. Understanding of ETF product launches, adjustments, and lifecycle topics.
