Student Intern - Electronic Component Manufacturing for Automotive - TEF6

From the engineering team at TEF6, we coordinate projects and provide support to all areas of the electronic sensor factory for automotive vehicles at Bosch Madrid. Our daily routine combines work on highly automated production lines with management of cutting-edge digital tools.

We are looking for students of engineering who are eager to introduce themselves into this industry, willing to learn, take initiative, and have a problem-solving mindset.

In our group, you will get to know all areas of production at the RBEM factory, where we manufacture electronic components for automotive. Specifically, you will:

• Plan, execute, and track continuous improvement projects.

• Apply Bosch Production System (BPS) methodology in production.

• Efficiently organize production: material flow (FIFOs, Supermarkets), stock reduction, One-Piece-Flow

• Obtain and interpret KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for automated production lines.

• Value Stream Mapping & Design: reflection of current and future productive flows in the factory.
